Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team across apartment communities. You will handle hands-on repairs 60–70% of the time while supervising associates and outside contractors.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, preventive maintenance, energy-saving measures, inventory control, and coordinating with the Property Manager to optimize property performance within budget guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required; multifamily industry preferred.
• EPA certification Type II required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise maintenance team and vendors during unit turns.
• Manage preventative maintenance program and safety/compliance standards.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and systems to ensure curb appeal and asset protection.
• Assist Property Manager with customer service programs and go-to-resources for residents.
