Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory experience, EPA Type II certification, and the ability to manage budgets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Basic hand tools and ability to operate maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and supervise associates and vendors.
• Perform hands-on repairs 60–70% of the time and manage service requests.
• Maintain safety programs and OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for curb appeal and safety.
• Prepare units for turnover and marketing; oversee repairs and cleaning.
• Coordinate bids for capital improvements with National Facilities Director.
