Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at an apartment community in the Los Angeles area. The role involves hands-on repairs 60-70% and supervision of associates and contractors, ensuring safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.

You'll manage preventive maintenance, energy-savings, budgets, and vendor relations, while aligning with Peak Simply Service Standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required; experience in the multifamily industry highly preferred.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and supervise associates and contractors.
• Oversee safety and OSHA compliance.
• Inspect grounds and properties to maintain curb appeal and minimize liability.
• Manage preventive maintenance program and energy-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate service requests and ensure timely completion.
