Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage an apartment community’s maintenance operations, lead the team, and ensure high‑quality service. This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and resident-focused customer service.

The supervisor will balance hands-on work with supervision of staff and contractors, supporting the Property Manager to uphold Peak Simply Service Standards across the property. This is a fast-paced, on-site position requiring a proactive leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience required; multifamily preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team and outside contractors for repairs and preventative work.
• Prioritize service requests, assign tasks, and monitor daily completion.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and amenities to maintain curb appeal and safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and energy-saving measures.
• Manage maintenance inventory and ensure OSHA safety standards.
• Direct workers during turn events and prepare vacant units for marketing.
