Avenue5 Residential s looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily upkeep, safety, and compliance for the Mountain View property in California. You will manage service requests, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination to ensure resident satisfaction.

You will mentor the maintenance team, monitor budgets, and uphold Avenue5 policies and standards while promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming community for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property maintenance or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property.
• Address service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control within property budget.
• Mentor the maintenance team and coordinate with property leadership.
