Avenue5 Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at our Mountain View property. You will ensure timely service requests, supervise a maintenance team, and uphold safety, quality, and budgetary standards.

The role emphasizes coordinating repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds maintenance, while promoting resident satisfaction and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the assigned property.
• Ensure service requests and unit make-ready standards are met.
• Review progress of service requests and identify recurring issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds tasks.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain work order accuracy and timely completion to standards.
