Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience with maintenance and carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the property.
• Track and respond to service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Manage on-call rotations and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Walk property with leadership to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Maintain budget adherence and monitor maintenance costs within approved limits.
