Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Mountain View to lead the daily maintenance operations for the assigned property. You will oversee service requests, ensure safety, and manage budget adherence while mentoring a maintenance team.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in property management or related field, with strong carpentry and general maintenance skills. A valid driver’s license is often required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage service requests, unit make-ready standards, and budget adherence.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and flooring.
• Conduct safety inspections and supervise emergency response where needed.
