Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead technical, mechanical, and maintenance operations for our community. You will oversee maintenance staff, coordinate service requests, and ensure all indoor and outdoor spaces meet Greystar standards for safety, cleanliness, and appearance.

You will diagnose defects, manage vendor and contractor work, and help control costs while upholding regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing defects and performing repairs in a multi-unit community.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate service requests.
• Familiarity with safety standards and code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine community upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments and schedule vendors.
• Develop cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspect work for quality and take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and order supplies within budget.
