Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the community’s buildings, grounds, and amenities to Greystar standards. You will diagnose issues, perform routine repairs, coordinate make-ready tasks and ensure safety and cleanliness across the property.

This on-site role requires strong customer service, reliable tools, and ability to work with residents, vendors, and team members. The position offers competitive benefits and a schedule with on-call rotation.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools and know safe use of tools.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define and correct problems.
• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication with residents and team.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; PM system experience preferred.
• Mathematical skills to handle financial, administrative and legal documents.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant homes, including inspecting and coordinating vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Periodically inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies; assist in budget adherence.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance as outlined in policy.
• Support safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
