Greystar seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include handling resident service requests, managing make-ready tasks, inspecting contractor work, maintaining tools and inventory, and supporting safety and budgeting efforts. A proactive, customer-focused candidate is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED or related training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversee and complete the “make-ready” process for vacant apartments including pre-move-out inspection and punch list.
• Develop standards for grounds, exteriors, interiors and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspect work by others and by contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and plan purchases within budget.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance per policy manual.
• Assist in budget development for repairs and capital projects.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and respond to resident questions and concerns.
