Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Service Supervisor to lead the technical, mechanical, and maintenance operations of the community. You will oversee maintenance staff, coordinate service requests, and ensure that interior and exterior areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will diagnose defects, complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, and supervise vendors to uphold Greystar quality across grounds, amenities, and buildings.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing building systems.
• Experience coordinating make-ready for vacant homes.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests and diagnose issues.
• Oversee make-ready process for leasing and move-ins.
• Schedule vendors, order supplies, and inspectorate work.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Manage inventory and stay within budget.
