Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across our multifamily communities in Ohio. You will supervise operations, respond to resident requests, perform preventative maintenance, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors to uphold safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, 1+ year of supervision, and strong skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.

Qualifications

3+ years in multifamily maintenance, including turnover/make-ready processes.
1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
EPA Universal or HVAC certification depending on property requirements.
Proficiency with MS Office; PM software and ticketing systems experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and guide the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general property maintenance.
Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders per standards.
Oversee make-ready process including inspections, punch lists, vendor scheduling, and quality checks.
Ensure common areas and exteriors are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
Schedule and supervise in-house and third-party maintenance work.
Perform monthly preventative maintenance per policy.
