Job summary

Harbor Group is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two or more properties in Columbus, OH. You will lead the maintenance team, handle service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to uphold safety, cleanliness, and appearance.

You will diagnose plumbing, HVAC, electrical issues, manage inventory, and ensure quality and timely work while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in multifamily property maintenance.
• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification as required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Customer service oriented with ability to interact with residents and vendors.
• Available for emergency on-call including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license for company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide maintenance team to complete tasks on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, carpentry.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders.
• Oversee make-ready process including inspections and vendor scheduling.
• Ensure common areas, exteriors, and grounds are clean and safe.
• Schedule and supervise both in-house and contract maintenance.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance per policy.
• Maintain inventory and order materials within budget.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain MSDS sheets.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and avoid unnecessary replacements.
