Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team across the community, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and excellent resident service. You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and manage make-ready tasks while maintaining inventory and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership with strong technical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced multifamily

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; PM software and maintenance ticketing system experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide maintenance staff to complete tasks on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Oversee make-ready inspections, vendor scheduling, and quality checks.
• Ensure safe, clean, and visually appealing common areas and exteriors.
• Schedule in-house and contractor work while managing inventory and budget.
