You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate with contractors, schedule inspections, and respond to resident needs while enforcing safety and property policies. Salary starts at $80,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training preferred.
• Proven maintenance expertise across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with residents, staff, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional, courteous, knowledgeable service attitude with residents and staff.
• Oversee curb appeal and general maintenance of property grounds and buildings.
• Lead maintenance team; supervise contractors and prioritize safety and quality.
• Schedule and track maintenance requests; ensure timely completion and proper paperwork.
• Coordinate with property manager and regional/facilities managers on improvements and on-call duties.
• Ensure units are ready within 3–5 days of move-out and manage on-call coverage.
