Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our apartment community. You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate repairs and renovations, and ensure all units and common areas are well-maintained.

You will manage schedules, work with third-party contractors, and perform regular inspections to uphold safety and quality standards across the property.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential/commercial apartment maintenance or maintenance supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certification.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM; on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the apartment community.
• Manage turn-key maintenance, repairs, and renovations with internal staff and outside contractors.
• Schedule workloads and coordinate with office staff and Business Manager to prepare show-units and vacants.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; monitor safety and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Perform regular property inspections and upkeep of grounds, pools, and interior/exterior structures.
