Job summary

Olympus Property seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) in Tempe, AZ to oversee daily maintenance operations for our apartment communities. You will manage turn-key repairs, schedule staff workloads, and coordinate with outside contractors while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

The role requires at least 3 years of related experience and EPA/HVAC certification, with on-call duties and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance and/or apartment maintenance supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certified.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Inspect property regularly to ensure required maintenance and repairs are completed.
• Schedule workloads for maintenance team and coordinate with third-party contractors.
• Perform preventative maintenance and manage turn-key operations.
• Maintain organized storage, shop areas, and inventories.
• Coordinate repairs of structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
