Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations across our apartment communities. You will manage turn-key work, schedule maintenance staff and coordinate with contractors to keep buildings in top condition.

The role requires an EPA/HVAC certification and a minimum of 3 years in residential or commercial maintenance, with the ability to work on-call and ensure safety and compliance across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or as a maintenance supervisor.
• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day maintenance operations and ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
• Schedules workloads for maintenance staff and contractors.
• Manages inventories of tools, parts and supplies.
