Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment Maintenance and/or apartment Maintenance Supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certified.
• On-call availability.
• Full-time 9 AM–5 PM schedule (hours may vary).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and achieve property maintenance goals.
• Inspect property regularly to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed.
• Order, purchase, and maintain inventories of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Schedule maintenance staff daily, weekly, and monthly workloads.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor and track service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance and turn-key operations.
• Maintain organized storage and shop areas.
• Coordinate repairs of structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure show units and vacant move-ins are ready.
