Job summary

Olympus Property is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join the service and office teams in maintaining property facilities and apartment homes to high standards.

You will handle plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, HVAC maintenance, and preventative care, while tracking requests in our software. The role supports emergency maintenance and growth opportunities within a family-oriented, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or EPA/HVAC license is preferred.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, etc.
• Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replacing filters, and cleaning coils
• Repair and replace furnished kitchen appliances, refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers, ovens, and microwaves
• Minor to moderate-level plumbing repairs, replacements, and installation
• Repair or replace sink/shower/toilet fixtures
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches
• Operate various equipment, hand tools, and power tools
• Track service requests and maintenance work performed through software systems
• Assist in maintaining grounds, interior and exterior common areas, and pools
• Collaborate with Lead Maintenance Technician on priorities
• Available for emergency maintenance requests as needed
