Job summary

Olympus Gainesville, part of Olympus Property, seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to manage daily maintenance across the community, supervise staff, and coordinate repairs with both in-house and outside contractors. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and high standards of upkeep.

Requirements include at least 3 years in maintenance (residential/commercial), EPA/HVAC certification, and availability Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a residential/commercial/apartment Maintenance and/or apartment Maintenance Supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certified required.
• Available full-time with on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the community.
• Schedule and lead repair/renovation work for internal staff and contractors.
• Coordinate with third-party supplier partners and manage service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance and turnkey operations.
• Ensure storage, shop areas, and inventories are organized and stocked.
• Complete property inspections and maintain grounds, pools, and buildings.
