Olympus Everly is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the daily maintenance operations of the apartment community, ensuring clean, safe, and well‑maintained spaces for residents.

The role requires 3+ years in a residential/commercial maintenance environment, EPA/HVAC certification, and on‑call availability. Full-time position with opportunities for growth and a strong employee‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or maintenance supervision.
• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• On-call availability required.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday (hours may vary).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the apartment community.
• Manage turn-key operations and schedule repairs with maintenance staff and outside contractors.
• Inspect property regularly to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed.
• Order, purchase, and maintain inventories of tools and supplies.
• Schedule workloads for maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with third-party supplier partners and office staff.
• Track service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate inspections of facilities.
