Olympus Property in Savannah, GA is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the community and drive property upkeep to meet goals.

The role leads maintenance staff and contractors, schedules work, manages preventative maintenance, and coordinates HVAC/electrical/plumbing repairs while ensuring safety and compliance across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or as a supervisor.
• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• On-call availability and full-time schedule (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, variations).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and achieve property goals.
• Lead turn-key repairs and coordinate with internal staff and outside contractors.
• Inspect property, manage inventory, and order parts as needed.
• Coordinate repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and structural systems.
