Job summary

UniFirst in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep facility equipment running smoothly, lead maintenance staff, and drive process improvements. You will diagnose issues, supervise preventive maintenance, manage budget, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

This role offers on-the-job training, a Monday–Friday work week with occasional night/weekend overtime, and opportunities to grow with a global leader in garment services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years repairing industrial processing equipment.
• 2+ years supervising maintenance personnel.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor mgmt.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics; English docs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; lift 80 lbs; overtime.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine corrective action.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility and production assets.
• Manage maintenance budget with Production Manager.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance within maintenance.
