Job summary

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and schematics to diagnose problems.
• Minimum 3 years repairing industrial processing equipment.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and manage scheduling and budgeting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance software.
• Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine corrective action.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility and production assets.
• Manage budget for building, equipment, and parts/labor.
• Coordinate maintenance across shifts and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee regulatory and environmental compliance requirements.
• Train and develop maintenance staff and track training needs.
• Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
