Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the full maintenance lifecycle for our properties. You will order supplies, diagnose issues, and perform repairs with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises the service staff workflow and delegates tasks.
• Meets and exceeds budget expectations for expenditures.
• Orders supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnoses problems and repairs HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
• Addresses landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Communicates effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
• Performs service requests promptly and accurately.
• Operates computers and company software to access email and systems.
• Upholds Bedrock's non-negotiables for service work orders and vacant turn times.
• Demonstrates leadership, forward thinking, and drive.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
