Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property maintenance process, diagnose issues, and perform service requests with a strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry background.

You will supervise the service team, manage supplies, and ensure timely, high-quality work while maintaining excellent resident and owner relations. This role demands flexibility, on-call responsiveness, and a commitment to Bedrock's standards.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification required for refrigerants.
• HVAC certification or equivalent validating HVAC skills.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred for safety knowledge.
• CPO beneficial for pool maintenance.
• Licenses in plumbing or electrical advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service staff workflow and delegate tasks.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool care, roof/gutter repairs.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Perform service requests promptly and correctly.
• Operate computers and company software to access email and systems.
• Uphold Bedrock's service standards and vacant turn times.
• Demonstrate leadership, forward thinking, and drive.
