Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process for our properties, including ordering supplies, diagnosing issues, and performing service requests with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.

You will supervise service staff, manage workload, meet budget expectations, and ensure timely, high-quality repairs. This role requires on-call flexibility, excellent resident communication, and a commitment to safety and standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and EPA 608 certification required or must obtain within 60 days.
• Ability to diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Strong customer service and resident communication skills.
• Willingness to be on-call and respond to issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance workflow and delegate tasks to service staff.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed to complete work orders.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ensure safety, policy adherence, and timely service to residents.
