Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the on-site maintenance operations, order supplies, diagnose issues, and perform service requests with a strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry background.

You will lead the service staff, control costs, and ensure timely, quality work while maintaining high resident satisfaction and safety standards on the property.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification required for HVAC refrigerant work.
• HVAC certification or equivalent validation of HVAC skills.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred; plumbing/electrical licenses advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service staff and delegate workload.
• Meet budgeting expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Manage landscaping, snow/ice removal, and safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
