Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process for our properties. The role involves ordering supplies, diagnosing issues, and performing service requests with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry background.

You will lead the maintenance team, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with residents and staff. Travel up to 10% may be required. EPA 608 or HVAC certification is required, OSHA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 certification or HVAC certification required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.
• Strong communication and safety-focused mindset.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and managing requests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service staff and delegate workload to team members.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
• Perform service requests promptly and accurately; operate computers and maintenance software.
