Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property's maintenance program, ensuring timely repairs and preventative work. The role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry with strong customer service and leadership.

You will manage service requests, coordinate with residents and staff, and ensure adherence to safety standards and budgets. This position is on-site and essential to maintaining property value and resident

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for HVAC refrigerant work.
• HVAC Certification validates HVAC technical skills.
• OSHA 10/30 safety knowledge is valuable.
• CPO certification is beneficial for pool maintenance.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service staff workflow and delegate workload.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Perform service requests correctly and promptly.
• Operate computers and company software and systems.
• Adhere to Bedrock's service order and vacant turn timelines.
• Lead with initiative and drive; perform other duties as assigned.
