Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process for the property, ordering supplies, diagnosing issues, and performing service requests with a strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry background.

The role requires leadership of service staff, adherence to budgets, and timely communication with residents and coworkers. This position focuses on delivering high-quality service while maintaining property standards and safety guidelines.

Formación

• EPA Section 608 Certification is required for HVAC refrigerant handling.
• HVAC Certification validates HVAC-specific technical skills.
• OSHA 10/30 demonstrates general safety knowledge.
• CPO is beneficial for pool maintenance.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses expand maintenance capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the service staff workflow and delegate workload.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers in challenging situations.
• Perform service requests promptly and accurately.
• Operate computers and company software to access email and systems.
