Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the full maintenance cycle across properties, ordering supplies, diagnosing issues, and scheduling repairs with a strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry background.

You will lead service staff, manage budgets, respond to after-hours requests, and uphold Bedrock's service standards while communicating clearly with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Provides exemplary customer service to all residents proactively solving issues and creating a welcoming environment.
• Supervises the maintenance of the property's physical condition and staff workflow.
• Diagnoses problems and performs repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry as needed.
• Responds to after-hours issues and maintains timely work orders.
• Manages budgets and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the workflow for service staff and delegates workload.
• Meets or exceeds budget expectations for expenditures.
• Orders supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal as required.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
• Execute service requests promptly and accurately.
• Operate computers and company software to access email and job orders.
