Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process for our property, including ordering supplies, diagnosing issues, and performing service requests. You will bring a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to ensure reliable, high-quality upkeep for residents and owners.

In this role you will supervise service staff, manage budgets, and respond to issues with professionalism and timely communication.

Formación

• Requires EPA Section 608 Certification for HVAC refrigerants.
• HVAC Certification or equivalent validation of HVAC skills is required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Plumbing or Electrical licenses are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises the workflow for the service staff and delegates workload.
• Meets and exceeds budget expectations for expenditures.
• Orders supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnoses problems and repairs major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool care, and roof/gutter repairs.
• Addresses landscaping and snow/ice removal issues.
• Communicates effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
• Performs service requests correctly and promptly.
• Operates computers and company software for email and workflow.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and non-negotiables for service orders.
