Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of inside and exterior spaces across properties, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will manage a maintenance team, handle work orders, and collaborate with vendors to meet company standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in apartment maintenance or equivalent, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with 1-3 years managing maintenance teams.
• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred: 2-3 years.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerants.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance to ensure property standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train maintenance staff and oversee Make Ready processes.
• Review work orders from residents and perform diagnostics and repairs per safety and code requirements.
• Monitor contractors/vendors to ensure quality, stay within budget, and manage inventory of parts.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure compliance with company standards.
