Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5+ years in property management or related field.
• HVAC and/or CPO license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for golf-cart operations on site.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair; aware of safety hazards.
• Able to read, write, and speak English; proficient in MS Office and property software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of maintenance technicians; assign tasks and ensure quality.
• Perform and oversee repairs on property systems; address issues and priority work orders.
• Manage preventive maintenance to keep HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems functioning.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain maintenance budget, inventory, and vendor contracts.
