• Ability to read, write, and speak English; strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of maintenance technicians, assign tasks, and ensure quality work.
• Perform and oversee repairs on property systems; address resident work orders promptly.
• Implement and manage a preventive maintenance schedule for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and code compliance.
• Manage maintenance budget, inventory, and contract/vendor coordination.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies and communicate with residents professionally.
