Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the entire maintenance process across properties. You will order supplies, diagnose issues, and perform service requests with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

You will lead maintenance staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and manage interactions with residents and owners. The role requires hands-on problem solving, reliability, and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification.
• HVAC certification or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Licenses in plumbing or electrical work are advantageous.
• CPO certification preferred for pool/spa maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the service staff workflow and delegates tasks.
• Meets and exceeds budget expectations for expenditures.
• Orders supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnoses problems and repairs major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (when allowed).
• Handles landscaping and snow/ice removal as required.
• Communicates effectively with residents and coworkers even in difficult situations.
• Performs service requests accurately and promptly.
• Operates computers and company software for task tracking.
• Delivers Bedrock's service standards and turn-time goals.
• Demonstrates leadership, forward thinking, and initiative.
