Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property maintenance process, diagnose issues, and perform service requests with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry background.

The role requires leading the service staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring timely, quality work while maintaining excellent resident relations and adherence to policies. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification (HVAC) is required for refrigerant handling.
• HVAC Certification (e.g., HVAC Excellence or equivalent) validates HVAC skills.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred for safety awareness.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) is beneficial for pool and spa maintenance.
• Plumbing or Electrical licenses are advantageous for broader maintenance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the workflow for service staff and delegates workload.
• Orders supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (when no license is required), general carpentry, pool care, and roof/gutter repairs.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal issues.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
• Perform service requests correctly and promptly; adhere to company policies.
