Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process for our property portfolio. You will order supplies, diagnose issues, and perform service requests with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

The role requires coordinating service staff, meeting budget expectations, and ensuring timely completion of work orders while upholding Bedrock's standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for HVAC refrigerants.
• HVAC Certification (HVAC Excellence or equivalent) recommended.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification desirable.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses beneficial for broader maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance workflow and delegates tasks to service staff.
• Orders supplies, materials, and tools as needed to meet service objectives.
• Diagnoses problems and performs repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool care, roof and gutter repairs.
• Maintains safety, quality, and timely completion of work orders.
• Communicates effectively with residents and coworkers, even in challenging situations.
