Job summary

Indigo Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is enthusiastic about customer service and driven to succeed. The role demands strong leadership to oversee on-site property maintenance and ensure high standards of safety and efficiency.

The successful candidate will organize maintenance operations, manage on-call emergencies, and coordinate bids with vendors. Weekend/holiday work is required, with a focus on timely, quality upkeep and clear record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of property maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of the property’s physical condition and appearance.
• Organize, coordinate, and manage maintenance operations and inventory.
• Ensure service requests are completed daily; manage on-call emergencies.
• Lead punch lists for vacated units and ensure move-in readiness.
• Obtain bids and negotiate prices with vendors and contractors.
• Manage contracts and warranties; perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Provide training and leadership to maintenance staff.
• Experience in high-rise or mid-rise buildings preferred.
