Indigo Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is organized and energetic, with a strong customer-service mindset and a drive to succeed. The role involves owning maintenance tasks, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safe, clean properties.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in property maintenance, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy residential setting. Weekend/holiday work and on-call shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Preferred minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance.
• Painting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote a quality living experience.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Inspect buildings/grounds for safety and cleanliness; coordinate with contractors.
• Perform after-hours emergency maintenance as required.
