The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in property maintenance, strong communication, leadership skills, and experience with vendor management. On-call availability and weekend/holiday work are required at times.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities essential.
• Experience with vendor management and renewals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance across property grounds and interiors.
• Organize and manage maintenance operations and turnover schedules.
• Oversee on-call emergency maintenance and after-hours response.
• Coordinate bids and negotiate with vendors and contractors.
• Provide training and leadership to maintenance staff.
