Indigo Real Estate Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is highly organized and energetic, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, proactive maintenance, and meticulous record-keeping.

The ideal candidate will handle maintenance across multiple systems, supervise tasks, and respond quickly with discretion. Weekend and holiday work and on-call duties are required, with a team-oriented environment and full benefits for full-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer service oriented and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote quality living.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness; coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
• Perform after-hours emergency maintenance as required.
