The ideal candidate has 2+ years in property maintenance, painting experience, and excellent communication skills. A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required, with some weekend/on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience.
• Painting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote a quality living experience.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns including painting, diagnosing problems, and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, appliances, etc.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and work with outside contractors as needed.
• Perform effective emergency (after hours) maintenance as required.
