Indigo Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who focuses on customer service and efficiency. The role requires overseeing maintenance tasks, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across properties.

The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including after-hours emergencies. Weekend/holiday work and on-call availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance.
• Painting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote a quality living experience.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, appliances).
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness; coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
• Perform after-hours emergency maintenance as required.
