Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for handling refrigerants in HVAC systems.
• HVAC Certification validates HVAC-specific skills.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is valuable for workplace safety.
• Plumbing or Electrical licenses are advantageous and support broader maintenance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance workflow for the property and delegate tasks to staff.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed to complete work orders.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical (where license not required), and carpentry issues.
• Lead and develop maintenance staff; ensure timely, high-quality service orders.
