Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure the property complies with all policies and regulations. The role includes supervising the team, managing service requests, and coordinating with the property manager to stay within budget.

Responsibilities cover repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and grounds, plus ensuring safety, timely work orders, and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field
• General maintenance and carpentry skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience with boilers and chillers
• Ability to read, write, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the assigned property
• Ensure service requests and unit make-ready standards are met
• Review progress of requests and identify chronic issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues following company policy
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds
• Conduct weekly property walks to identify safety and maintenance needs
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion to satisfaction
