Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the property’s maintenance lifecycle, including ordering supplies, diagnosing issues, and performing service requests with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry background. You will lead the service team, ensure timely work orders, and maintain high standards for resident satisfaction.

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solves issues.
• Supervises property maintenance and physical condition of the property.
• Uses hand and power tools for upkeep and repairs.
• Oversees removal of debris and helps maintain outdoor areas.
• Responds to issues outside normal hours when required.
• Communicates effectively with residents and staff.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise service staff workflow and delegate tasks.
• Meet or exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool care, roof/gutter.
• Address landscaping and snow/ice removal issues.
• Maintain clear communication with residents and coworkers.
